Anyone know about this LOTO Super Hawaii

It's a 34' Super Hawaii with lime green graphics. Name is
"Hawaii-Five-Owe". Twin staggered 365s. Sitting on the side of Highway 54 just south of KK.
Guy is asking 45K for it. Does anyone know any history on it?

But i noticed it last week when I was down. Have seen it on the lake a few times.
