Condo at Lake of the Ozarks
 

I am going through a divorse and am needing to get rid of my condo asap! This is a deal that you should not pass up if you are thinking about moving to loto. I am willing to get rid of my condo for what is exactly owed with no realtor unless you want to pay for one. I am doing this because I would like to have a deal made by the 20th of January. It is at Bridgepointe Condos which is on the 19mm, where all the action happens. Directly across from Dog Days which was the Salty Dog. With in 5 minutes of Walmart and the outlet mall. The building has new siding which was just added two weeks ago a swimming pool and club house. I have the only unit in the whole complex which is a two story. (Builders Suite) It is two bedrooms, the master sweet has its own deck and the lower floor has a deck which spans the whole floor. It also comes with a covered dock which is 29x12 with power.
