Neither boat has much freeboard! How tall is your father? If he is over 5'10" the will want to sit down, as a lot of his body will be above the windshield.

Both are nice boats, but the Donzi is very tight to get into the cabin. I am 6'4", so I need some space :)

Just another peek at 38 ZR...Have you seen the deadrise almost beak on her? Walking away taking final looks there is an intergal beak there :eek:

Saw Roger1 piloting the 39 Gun at show. Now that was a nice ride. Price was 427,000. Not sure how much it can be hadd for. Beautiful boat.

I coincidently spent exactly $42 at the show? good omen :rolleyes:

Then another 350 for all the rest of what it takes to do a 24 hr boat show trip. Dam boats just keep draining my thin wallet. :D

Take your Dad to the Miami show, Feb.16 thru the 20th. They will have both the boats you are asking about in the water. Go take a ride, drive both and have an open mind and see which one you both like. Good father and son time. what a way to send a weekend.
