Cuba is 90 miles from Key West. Probably not a good idea to do it in winter without a weather window. Also, better have good fuel capacity and navigation stuff.

Bimini is much closer to Florida.

I have made the trip from Fort Lauderdale to Islamorada. Depending on sea conditions, running on the inside, it was around 3-4hours. I have yet to take the whole Key West run.

That depends on what you're driving and what the weather is doing. Bimini is super close. You could run over for lunch and come home. Although, you have to check into bahamian customs and last I remember it was like $300 per boat (I wasn't the captain but it was something around $300), so that would tag a bit onto the lunch tab.

Miami to KW is about 165 miles.

Miami to which part of the Bahamas. It could be anywheres from 45 miles to 200 miles depending on which island
