Va boating bill shot down!
the first of many bills was shot down today, it involved nighttime speed limit of 25mph on inland lakes of VA,
another new bill is coming up tomorrow it involves another speed limit at night of 35mph with exceptions for bass tournaments.

so instead of poker runs they can have bass fish'in tournaments with card stops
