This is the guy who was drinking the "wrong beer" saying thanks for showing up to the party. I think it says a lot when the number one racing team in Offshore boating comes and hangs out with a bunch of us "drunk people" and even brings free beer (I did switch remember Anyways, I was asking about your online vids and you said that you had more coming, I can't wait. Being an audio engineer, I'm curious about how the boat is miked up on the inside. I know you have a bunch of cameras. I was watching the Savannah rearview video and decided to enhance the sound a bit for you.
Hope everyone likes it. I'd like to see some of the boats 5.1 miked as well, plus I have plans to buy a Hi Def vid camera and figure out an economical 5.1 microphone setup. (most good ones I know of cost between 8 and 12 grand) Thanks again to you and ALL the people that I met
Incredible driving. Edging her around that bend at speed takes tremendous skill. Beautiful work Dave.

Thanks Marc. Very observant on your part. Definitely something that I wouldn't recommend to anyone else or attempt again.
On another item, how long is the runup and exit at your kilo event?

That video gets the blood flowing!!!!
The Kilo run will have a 5 mile run up on the North side
and 3miles on the south side. The south side has a 30 degree bend a little over 1 mile from the entrance to the trap
WOW - I know who I'm going to contact in the future for my audio recordings. That sounds much better.
Really glad to have seen everyone in Miami. It was a great time with a great group of people. Maybe we can do it again sometime.
That's, to me the best sound compliment I ever got. I would like to take a look in the boat sometime and checkout the AV setup. I'm primarily a live engineer who's looking to shift his career focus. I think that these boats should be set up in 5.1 and as soon as they can make hi def cameras small enough, that they should go into the boats as well. Personally I think that the whole TV programs should be kicked up a few notches, such as hi def broadcasts and giving it that NASCAR feel. When I get my Fountain and the camera, I'll start playing around and posting vids when I get things dialed in.
