Flippin' Boats

I've never been to an offshore race but I've been watching a lot of racing from the 03 - 05 seasons. Seems like every race, there is a cat spinning out and flipping over.
How do they get these things right side up again? Do they tow it back to shore upside down then use the crane?

Typically it will be towed back to the crane upside down, then you grab one side with the straps and spin it right side up while it is still sunk. After it is stabilized you lift slowly, pump water out, lift a little more, pump more water out, repeat as necessary till the boat is light enough to be lifted onto it's trailer, then the fun begins. :D

when Miss Lonlite barrel rolled in Key West, it landed right side up. The one that dont make it all the way over get towed in to a crane.
