415hp 502 differences between 425 hp 496
Any other big advantages or disadvantages between these two motors (besides the 10 horse)

Closed cooling on the 496HO.
Integrated engine oil drain tube already installed on 496HO.
Brass sea-water pump assembly on 496HO, (plastic on 502).
SmartCraft guage/engine management capability on 496HO.
Super sexy plastic engine cover on 496HO. (Replace it with a billet one.)
Can pull couple extra couple ponies out of 496HO by removing condensation (restriction) plates out of exhaust manifolds.

I think if you plan on staying stock, the 496 is better. If you want to tinker, 502's are better.
