Default How fast should this Cafe be?

How fast should a 91' Cafe Racer be with hp500's and bravo's? Close to buying one and wondering where she'll be if properly tuned?

Thanks

Low 70's I would think. I drove that boat for about 45 minutes last August @ LOTO....but we were just cruising. I can tell you that a Bullet with 500's runs 73 or so.

I think if you can get an honest 70 out of it you'd be doing well.

One was down here set up like that and he got 69/70.

I had my engines dynoed at 506hp @5200rmp and torque was droping fast and saw 72mph at 4900rmp on its best day turning 26 pitch 4 blade hydomotives. But could run 68 all day long in fresh water.

The Cafe I had ran 68 with 502 Mag/MPI turning 415hp at the prop.

I imagine with 500's that are 470 at the prop you'll see low seventies like mentioned above. 72-73 my bet. And it should run it all day in any sea conditions!

With a full load of fuel (190 gals), water, cooler etc etc and a few average size people 62-65 would be the best on a good day.
