you cant post video on the forum if thats what you are trying to do. you have to host it on a site like putfile.com . just go to that site and there will be a tab for new users and it will guide you trhough it. pretty easy site to use

cool. i think putfile.com is your best bet. i have a few there and its easy to use.

uploaded it to pufile, but cant view it. also it shows a q sigh for quik time and the format of the clip is from media player any suggestions.
