I've tried EVERYWHERE and can't find the book. I even sent an email to Dennis Moore and he doesn't have any copies left. I was on amazon's waiting list for 2 months waiting for a seller. I've tried ebay too, but nothing that I could find.

I have a copy. Sorry it's not for sale, but I might make copies of certain chapters or pages if you want something specific.
