Jax Fl this weekend

I'm coming to Jax this weekend to help out my mother who had foot surgery recently. I would like to bring my new Fountain but don't know the area too much or too many people. A friend of mine works at Discovery Powerboats and is now busy Sat. with an extended sea trial. I would like to get to know the area a little bit before I start coming up there more often this summer. I know there's a few Jax people lurking about. I used to live in Jax as a kid and am now considering relocating back up there. Let me know. I can be reach by cell if I get any bites on this one. It would be cool to go to downtown for St. Patty's day via boat

Leaving in the morning, thanks to Bill for the call, if you're reading I did leave Mark a message with my cell number. Hope to meet up with you guys Sat. I'll trying phoning you guys tomorrow, more concerned now with the Condo Nazis at my mom's place and parking of the boat. They have given a quasi blessing to parking the boat there for the 2 days but she is not 100% comfortable. They have a strict no boat policy, go figure, it's Florida and you can't park or launch a boat anywhere unless you actually live on the water

I moved from my last community because of the bs with trailer parking. Just for a couple days for naintenance etc. I sent my attorney after them. It turned into a big pissing match because they stopped sending letters to me they started sending through there attorney and sent me the bill. I go so frustrated, I negotiated a settlement, sold the house and got the f*** out of there.
