Whats up mustang boy! I am your old neighbor Andy, used to have a 24' Checkmate and the loud snowmobile. That Fountain would be a fun Pine Lake boat, but the lake is too small and shallow for me. not really.. I just bought the Scarab last August.. Were already in the process of building the entire boat.. I am considering a 24 Fountain though

I have a 94 24 fountain and love it. It will sleep two, fun in the river, and my brother use to take it to the outer banks of nc before his accident. It now has brodix heads and a little other work done to it turning a 28 labbed 4 blade, 65@ 4000rpm with 5 ppl full tank and about 1/3-1/4 throttle left. :D

I realize that this thread is from March, but just for clarification, Fountain did not ever put twins in the 24. The smallest size Fountain put twins in is the 29.
