Clearwater lodging
The Sea Captain is full booked. I checked with the Belleview Biltmore and they have rooms but could not give clear directions on how to get to there dock from the ICW. I am coming down from the north next weekend.
Any suggestions from Tarpon Springs to Indian Rocks?

Re: Clearwater lodging
There is a place in Indian Rocks called Hamlin's Landing. I Haven't been up there in awhile. Good bar, good pool. I think the hotel is a Holiday Inn. Right on the ICW.

Re: Clearwater lodging
Yeah, I've had dinner there. That's on the list as a possibility but rooms are kind of pricey.

I have no clue not to familar with the area yet.
But I would ask Wardey of Extreme Marine in the Extreme forum.
Im sure he knows of a few places, he is in Palm Harbor.

No docks. I will probably spend part of the time at Shephards. It is spring break after all. But, I need somewhere to dock a boat since I will not be trailering. I will just run down.

I forgot about Wardey. I will probably be checking out Tarpon on the way down or back. I haven't spent much time around there. Just passing by.

I don't believe they have lodging. I guess I could check into leaving the boat overnight and walking to a Hotel on the beach.
