At least they thought enough to keep you and put you in a position where they could use you. Even if you had to take a pay cut to do it.

I'm stuck in a company that will eventually fail. I'd start looking for a new jod now but there's no jobs open in my field. Most of the companies I would consider working for are laying people off.

60 hrs. a week ?!?! Consider yourself lucky to be working.. there are ALOT of skilled trades, and college educated people on the unemployment line.
Working with all those women can't be all THAT bad !
Hopefully things will get better within the next year.

All the overtime here dried up and after buying that new truck I'm tapped ! I will be going to nights just to get the 10% shift premium... how pathetic is that ?!?
Although the new hours will be 4pm-2am starting Monday night through Thursday night.
It will make for good weekends !!
