That pilothouse idea is pretty cool.
w/ some zippered enclosures you could keep pretty dry, but may be a bit clostrofobic.

Warbirds Midnight is nice! I need to check out that issue of Powerboat. I missed the May issue.
If you have any of the report specs on speeds and full burns please let us know.

Jass, all of them you mentioned are nice but Mako is not in the league of Regulator and Contender or Intrepid or Everglades. Not that Mako is a bad boat it's more like comparing a Sunsation to a Cig. Regulators are super heavy smooth riding boats. They ride through, cut through the waves more than say a Yellowfin or Fountain which ride like a performance boat on top of the waves. Also check out Jupiter and Venture.

Thanks Mike, those were the other names I wanted to cjek out, Yelowfin, and Jupiter. I even heard Contender is very good but not as good as Reguator. Jeff

I like the lines on the southport. They may be coming out w/ a 32ft model. Ray Hunt desined hull.

28'6" w/ 10'6" beam.

Jassman, that northrip is a real nice boat too.
That 20ft diesel must be a trip.

That is one of the nicest cc's I have seen. The double set of McLeods are really a nice touch. It looks to have plenty of seating which can be lacking in a cc.

A buddy of mine is a Venture Dealer, and those things have the same fit/finish levels that the Midnights have. One of the nicest open fish boats that I've seen.

Sterling and Deep impact are another two that have very nice fit and finish. Unsure of the status of Deep impact. Could be out of business. Both boats are top notch fishing machines and can be rigged with triples.
