Ok, let me get this straight....Terry has THC in her system. Instead of a private meeting between teacher, student and parent where it can be discussed. The teacher starts haranging Terry about it in public, in front of a video camera. The mother does not like this, say's something to the teacher and is ignored. Then she pushes Terry aside and gives the teacher a blast in the Punem. I think when bad things are handled poorly....it escalates.
