Just wanted to thank everybody that tried helping me find a job.
I did get a job after being out of work for 2 weeks. I am now working at Wheel to Wheel as a chassis/ engine operator. I am also doing some tuning of cars on the chassis dyno. This is a really cool place to work and we have all kinds of cars in the shop, everything from AC Cobra kit cars to turbocharged Silverado SS trucks. We do a TON of work with turbocharged vehicles. The head guy there is Kurt Urban and Billy Briggs and together these guys know so much it is incredible. We work with some of the most recognizable people in the high performance industry. Last week Mike Moran was in our shop boring a Pontiac block he is building. We have a win roll chassis dyno that is capable of 2000 hp and we have had cars on it that were close to that mark. Check out the web site at http://www.w2wpowertrain.com. All in all the place is very cool to work at and I am glad I was offered the opportunity to work there. I also wanted to thank everybody that gave me suggestions on where to apply and those people I sent my resume to for a position in their company. Thanks for all your help.
