I think you'll have to buy Accon's and have them powder coated. Accon tried it in the past with white cleats . They tell me they didn't holdup well.

I have a friend who had pop up cleats powdercoated and they didn't work too well afterwards. Some of the cleats didn't pop up well, and some of them wouldn't stay locked down. I think it was because of the thickness of the powdercoating.

Kenny, didn't your boat come with cleats??
