I've heard all the internal stuff like gears, bearings, etc, are available over the counter. I don't know what place it would be for you, but there's a place called Terry Bearing here that would have them. What parts do you need?

You might try Archer Marine, and ask them.

Archer is the only place I had succsess finding the boots when I had my 311. All other internal drive gears and such are common parts

I hate to tell you, but your SOL. I've been waiting for two and a half years to get one. Apparently, there is some dispute between Archer, and whoever was making them for Archer. I had two brand new spares when I bought my boat. One on the boat had a small leak, so I replaced it, leaving me with one more spare. A guy here on Oso needed one desperately quickly, so I sold him mine for the cost of another one, figuring I'd just order one and keep it for a spare. After I had already sent it to the guy, I found out about Archer's problem getting boots.

You might want to try Pat at Weismann, because they use the same boot. Let me know if you find a source, and I'll do the same.

Archer Marine is still the only place.

I redesigned our drive to get away from the boot problem.

If you have a leak you can use a tire patch The vulcanizing type works the best. If you cannot the leak it might be coming from the ends. Monkey snot the one that has the forties girl on the side (gasket sinch) is the best glue.

Dan Macnamera's (archer) # is 949-645-9778
Craig Archer moved back to NZ sold it to dan.
