marine surveys
well . . .i just had my very first marine survey done. i purchased an 88 Scarab III and per insurance needed a current survey. boy let me tell ya . . . did i learn a thing or two about boats. i was very surprised at some of the things that i missed from when i first looked at the boat. the surveyor was recommended by a mutual friend and walked me through everything he did. i never really realized the value in having something like this done professionally until now. i will never buy a boat again without having it surveyed. also if anyone is in need of a good one in the Ohio/Michigan area his name is Dennis Beil and his number is 586-463-5526. does surveys full time and is very professional and knowledgeable, best money i ever spent. taught me a thing 'er two and here i thought i knew all there was to know about everything :D :D :rolleyes:
