I am not sure about the dual purpose deal. While I know what you are trying to do I would focus on the one thing. I am not sure how performance boat guys are going to feel about some one that needs car "filler" work.
I think this is correct.

Otherwise, just call it
"Billy Bob's All Weather Fix It Center".
