I would love to get that little boat but CT is just too far to go get it. I think about a 50hp would be fun for that boat

There is one in FL with a 2.5 on it. I'll have to see if I can dig up the pics. 50hp is not enough, 70hp would be perfect and you won't get hurt. If you don't strip out all the water soaked foam in the sponsons you'll need 150 on it. If you take it in any kind of chop it blows in the tunnel about 2' back from the bow so that will also need glass work.
