OK I went and looked at this site and read the whole thing. Nothing new there that you can't read here. What is everyone all up in arm's about over what is said on this other Apache site? Please explain to me either here or PM. Thanks!
I also wonder if Ben K or anyone else from back in the day reads this or other sites knowning that prisoners have internet access.

Why in God's name would ANYONE care anymore ?

Apache is a DEAD marque. . . . it's gone, babies - LOOONG gone. There are some beautiful examples out there ( still running strong ), but the numbers are dwindling, and the interest is faaaaading away. . . . too much sh*t, too many blowhards in linen suits and alligator loafers - still living 'back in the day' . . . and they don't want to let it die with DIGNITY. Fact is - it's DEAD.

To Apache owners:
Love your boats. Maintain them and cherish them for what they were - and ARE - living legends of a bygone era. The very best and baddest - "back in the day" . . . and SOME - to this very day.

Hey I do too. . . . but I don't tape 'em. And I'm not waiting by my mailbox for the "Miami Vice - Season Two" release on DVD . . .

Crockett and Tubbs are DEAD. They're not coming back.
There's better guns than a Bren 10. There's probably better boats than Apache, but I'd love to own one.
Just as I'd like to own one of these:

Its easy to know why people care... History dictates we care... But I agree with much of your statement
