LI, will give you more of a whaling village, New England town kind of trip.

NJ will give more of AC!

I think the LI trip will be more of a learning experience for the kids and the back waters inland will be very pretty. Pure Energy and Titan on the boards should have the scoop on the NE end of LI.

Ok guy thank`s again ......we suppose tu meet all of us this week-end ...and discuss about that trip ...and positive and negative point of each place ...... i send the photo of the marina at Atlantic City to my friends ...and i have big reaction ... i will keep you posted of all developement ....and feel free to continu to post some picture and experience ....Thank`s Stormrider and CasinoRunner for your Help ....realy appreciated


cause this week-end we have Formula One in town ....and our Quebec National Day ....
We supposed to burn a lot of arabian petroleum !!!!!! if the weather is our side ......

Milford harbor is great place to stop in for a day. Everything is in walking disitance. Lots of great resturants with outside patios and live entertaiment

Ok we have decide ....LIS ....but we need your help again ....can you provide the best marina and place to stay ???..... we look for one night at each place .....

thusday July 25
cross by the Bronx and the East River to the Long Island Sound....and go to Essex CT .... don't run the harlem river, just go around manhattan and up the east river.

Sounds good, wish i could help you out more w/ places to stay, but i think locals may be better at that.

When in greenport either stay at the townsend inn or at one of the capri marinas... preferrably the one that is closer to town.

Montauk yacht club is nice too.
