Havasu is alot of fun. I am getting out of boating for awhile (specific reasons) and I am selling my home in Lake Havasu....,Large lot of 22,000 sq ft, 3brm/2ba, 1500 sq ft with 2 car garage and a 16x50x14 RV/boat garage. $350K
