If I recall those engines and drives should be new after a mishap last year and shouldn't need money put back in them. I think I can still run with the big dogs with my small power. It all comes down to handling the boat and not how fast you can go.

There was no actually "mishap" the motors were in need of a rebuild and that is what they got. They are not and were not new. They are racing engines if you think they "shouldn't need money put back in them" you are very niave. No one said anything to you about "running with the big dogs". In fact you weren't actually part of the conversation, but rather, you entered on your own will. No one was refuring to you. You felt the need to stick up for a fellow Baja owner to which is a very close friend of mine and I was razzing out of fun... Now you have taken this into an area that is unecessary for no reason.

I understand and didn't mean to chime in on your thread.
