Kpm...wtf?

Their customer service is the worst I've seen yet....I still don't have some simple 15# replacement springs for my reliefs after 5 phone calls/3weeks.
So much for a future set of KPM sea strainers.
I'm sure if I needed a replacement part It could take 3-4 weeks or never. :(

hate to hear that.. people shouldn't have to go throught this type of thing to get parts or anything

I had the reliefs at my door in 2 days when I bought them but If they cant do the 15# springs just say so....

I bought my KPM's from Fred, he's slow as chit too :drink:
