Rick is right, that is what it cost to live on that lake, some can afford it, some can't, some can and just don't want to spend that much!, I don't care, I help people find what they want weather it is 100,000 or 100,000,000!

Sorry, not looking for a house, my dad in looking for a piece of land to put some money away that might be worth a bit more in a decade or 2 so I suggested that area.

I got 447 acres for sale for 599k , I also have 2 3.2 acre prime building lots for 130k.

the 447 acres I estimate to be worth 1.5 mil if subdivided and sold off. I think it is sold to a big land buying company but no contract yet. I would love to see it go to an oso brother. it would also be ready to timber again in ten years or so!
