I know this is an old thread but just wanted to let everyone know that I got paid in full today.Had to have our local district attorney issue a warrant for his arrest on theft charges.Got the money after agreeing to drop all charges. Thought that was the end of it,I got my money. But the neat thing is I just got a call from the guy,he wanted to make sure I got the money,and he wanted to appoligize for everything. That certainly caught me off guard at 9:30 tonite. Makes we want to feel better about human nature. Sure it took a year,and sure it took a threat of arrest,but he really had no reason to call and appoligize,that took a lot of guts to do that.I thanked him,and wished him well. Crazy world.

Absolutely,Open,you supplied lots of info that I sent to the DA. Without that info and the threat of arrest,I would never have seen a penny. Basically,don't mess with an OSO member,you won't get away with it. Thanks to Open,we got enough info to move forward.I also had the help of a local attorney and close friend, also an OSO member, that put the whole thing together for me.Without his help it would have been dead in the water. The interesting thing was his call tonight,everything was already handled, the call wasn't necessary,but he made it anyway,gave me a good feeling.But anyway,without OSO members help,I would have been out 18K.
