Come on....... you can say you don't like Fountains, but slow is simply untrue. They hold the speed record in practically every v-bottom class. A company that can build a 200 MPH V simply can't be called slow.

Its all realtive. Right now, their fastest boat is still 40 mph slower then the fastest cat. I havnt seen a 200mph V yet and dont think that I will anytime soon. And if fountain gets a V to 200. Callan, MTI or Skater will get a cat to 230.

Just 'cause you didn't see it doesn't mean it isn't there. Kind of like the tree falling in the forest, ya know. So, lets say 183. Not slow in any way shape or form.

DAVID, LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU THERE. MY BUDDY TALKED TO YOU IN O.B. OVER THE WEEKEND AND SAID YOUR BOAT WAS RUNNING OFF-THE-HOOK FAST. I AM SURE YOU SAVED A LITTLE FOR LOTO. LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU DOWN THERE. HAMMER

EVERYONE NEEDS TO JUST SIT IN THEIR BOAT, HAVE A DRINK, AND LET THE BOATS AND DRIVERS ON SAT AND SUN DO ALL THE TALKING. UNFORTUNATELY, IT IS BEST SAID THAT NOONE HATES THE GAME, JUST THE WAY THE PLAYER IS PLAYING THE GAME(REGGIE THAT IS). I HOPE EVERYONE BRINGS THEIR WEAPONS AND SAFETY FIRST, NEW RECORD SECOND.

I agree 100%. I just thought the "slow boat satement" was a little off-base. I hope everyone has a great time and has a SAFE weekend.

Yeah - I remember talking with him briefly. Seemed like a nice young man. The boat ran great. Finally seem to have it dialed in. It took long enough but both JT and I are really pleased now. We were running in Orange Beach gulf waters (holes, rollers, etc.) at some pretty incredible speeds. Look forward to seeing ya at LOTO. Dave :drink:

ok, lets say 183, still slower by about 40 mph as the fastest cat. Faster then most boats, but slow if your gonna claim to be the the fastest
