Here's the plan for tonight.

The raffle tickets have arrived in Vegas. The matching tickets are being added right now.

At a few minutes before 8pm EST - 5PM PST - www.talkoffshore.com will go on the air. At the hour, Charlie Haimes will come on line with John Haggin from the Hooters Hotel in Vegas.

One of the Hooters Girls will be chosen to pick the winning ticket. (Scott B and Marc G are working finding just the right girl!)

At 8pm they will come on the air and the fun starts. Hopefully the winner will be available for a phone call as soon as the ticket is picked.

Once again, good luck to all and thanks for participating!
