I'm getting some PM's which is helpful.....I really don't know what all the items are worth, I can look up what the asking prices are in the classifieds, but what are you guys willing to PAY for these items. PM me some info, if the numbers add up I'll bite, otherwise I'm going to pass.

Re: "Parting out" opportunity
I've put some numbers in my quoted post below. This is what I'm thinking will get the parts to sell ASAP.....let's hear it from the peanut gallery, who wants this stuff? Are these numbers going to make this stuff go quick?

I have been offered a 38 Fountain that was in a warehouse fire. The boat did not burn at all, but the heat above it made a mess of the top deck and cockpit. (Same fire as the "stealth Formula" from several months ago). I know the owner very well and the hardware was maintained excellent until the boat was destroyed.
I'm trying to get an idea of what this thing is worth. Here are the salvageable parts, what are they worth if pulled and sold individually:
-2001 500EFI's, 250.3 hours never opened, maintained very well. Sold with all accessories and ready to run less exhaust
$8,000.00 each (rather sell as a set)
-2001 #4 speedmasters and transom assemblies
$2,500.00 each
-2001 Huber 1250 transmissions
$1,500.00 each
-4 blade "cleaver" style props for #4's. (not sure pitch, etc)
$750.00 each
-380 K-planes and all mounting, controling hardware
I'm keeping the plates....280 K-plane set w/ hardware
$750.00 set
-full to helm Hydraulic steering, rams, helm unit, wing plates, etc.
$1,250.00 set
-2001 white Eagle 3x trailer with spare (dealer costs was 12K in 2001)
$4,000.00 but might be spoken for......(it was white but has black soot all over it. It will clean up!)
-several trim pumps
?($100.00 each)
-dry pipes, not sure what they are yet. Was told Stainless Manifolds with dry pipes.
?($1,500.00 both sets)
Bolster seat frames, uphlostry is shot.
?(assuming usable, $500 for both)
To my knowledge everything in the engine compartment didn't even get wet in the fire, the cockpit and cabin (door/ hatches were open) have either melted or sustained water damage beyond repair. Any ideas from the peanut gallery would be helpful. (how often are you going to hear that!!!
