If it is nothing too crazy, you can go to any local sign place (e.g. Fastsigns) and they can print it for you. We did our name and port for ~$100. There are people that offer this service at boat shows, but the cost was 3x higher.
If you need something really interesting with artwork or layout, then Ryan Beckly (sp?) on the board does great work.

Email me and let me see what you need. I bought a cutter to do the graphics on my boat. Got tired of dealing with sign people that couldn't return calls or printed what I didn't want. If I can't handle it I'll let you know.

here is a pic, there is 47 inches between the hinges and 11 inches from the rub to the top of the hatch
