Not as bad as I thought...A good glass guy could fix that for under $2000.
Can't tell if any boat has rot without opening it..

I picked at the crack. Pulled some core out. It was rotton. At least in the area that was open. This was a balsa core. But it looked like brown mush.

Sorry Cord, but it did look bad. And then there's the other issues. cracked stringer, the fuel tank compartment issue....
