we need a 30- 35 ft CC RIB to do at least 90mph w/ two divers and dive equip. any suggestions. Cougar makes a nice one.

It depends on how much your budget is.
Fabio Buzzi makes great RIBS and he has both the 33 and 36 in his line,but very expensive the 90%of his RIBS goes to military corps.
You could go with a Madera wich is specialized in working RIBS,or if you want a sport RIB the COugar is perfect as well as many english RIBS like Revenger, Animal,Leeway,Pascoe and so on.
