Looking for a buy on a GOOD outdrive !!!
 

I am looking for a buy on a GOOD used outdrive. I need everything from the back of the block back !! I also need something that will hold up to pretty good power ( 650-850 or so depending on setup. ) It will be in a 5000-5200 lbs single 28
footer , So please no regular bravo's I would like to have either a # 3A or a # 5 but I will listen to all sales pitches & would possibly even consider an XR. Before anybody responds with just buy a konrad , believe me if I had my choice that is what I would have ( besides a # 6 ) However I posted this to see what I could find used for a bargin So lets here it !!!!!!!!! Plenty of room for a tranny So my options are very open.

i have a complete 3a still in the boat in very nice shape. comes with a few extra SS cleaver props, and a few extra gaskes. might even talk me into throwing the service manuals and service tools in with it. id let it all go for somewhere around 10k complete. the only thing it needs is a coat of pain. has about 10hrs on it since it was gone through and has only had a 330hp 454 in front of it so it has been gently used at best. its in the classifieds for 14k but i have a good line on a nice bravo and dont really need the beefyness all this. and i could definately use the space in the boat too.
