Explain this to me though. How in the hell can a bank take money from Person-A when Company-B owes it. That can't be right. Fight that until the end.

I feel your pain, I know the Boathouse and the crimanals that ran it. Thay are out of jail if you can believe that!!!! IT WAS MILLIONS THAT THEY GOT AWAY WITH!!!!! I was told that Ed is doing lawn care now. someone told me they saw him mowing a Key Bank lawn and thats one of the banks he F'ed hard. I just can't believe that after all this time this S##t pops up like this I got cauhgt up in it also but was able to get my boat outa there before it hit the fan, I am so sorry to hear this and wish you luck :(

This week, I found out that a buyer couldn't get the financing to buy my condo (I'm moving to Jacksonville next week), my Benz got stolen from the train station parking lot, falling behind on my packing, hard drive crashed on my home computer, and i've had a 102 fever for the past 3 days.

Guess I should feel lucky. :eek:

Remind me never to stand next to you in a lightning storm. Actually, that may not be a bad idea......you'd be the zinc :D

Honestly, hope you get this cleared up, sell the watch, and get a lucky streak going...........

Did the bank ever get a judgment against you? If not, you might check the statute of limitations on the note. If the statute ran, and they have no judgment, you may be able to get the $$$ back.

But then, again, you probably have teams of lawyers to handle all of the misfortunes you have, and they have probably already told you this. :rolleyes:
