Konrad Customer Service

As you know I am converting my TRS Mistress to Konrads. After completing the simple install, I was told that the U-Joints that were installed on my package were not the right size. Kurt (Biggus) from Konrad who I met at the Seneca Lake Poker Run last year. Came to my house 12+ hours away, spent the day, pulled the drives, installed the U-joints and re installed the drives. Only took a couple of hours, but now I know they are %100 correct. It's going to be a long winter.

I just want to thank Konrad for working everything out. And standing by the product. They rectified it in a day, and had it fixed in a week.

Great to find manufactures and companies standing behind there product and getting things done, especially in the boating business. Hats off to KONRAD. Offshore members will be making the switch!!!

Kurt (Biggus) and I had a great time. Shooting the Sh*t about boats and thinking about next season. I guess I am going to start out running 26" 4 blade Bravo I's and start from there. At least when I push the sticks, I won't have to worry about the drives grenading. Good bye TRS.
