Thanks.... Phil's Lip-Ships (as we all already know) are also awesome and Harrold paints one heck of a boat (and has great customer service after-the-sale, as does Phil.
David Woods is a friend of a local friend of mine, Bruce Bullock (who sells Skaters). Since I've met David (and Matthew Smith), they have also fallen quickly into the same (unfortunatly small) bucket of folks who always look out for you and do the right thing.
The big thing for me, living in Houston, is Pier 57 has been at EVERY SINGLE poker run I went to last year.... The support is outstanding! So much so.... I will most likely be buying a 700 boat from them as well (the 600 boat for Houston, the 700 for FL.). We'll see....
