Where can i find cheap controls?
A friend of mine just picked up an older rinker cruiser this summer. Single engine. The throttle and shift are on a single lever, and it sucks, bad. Crappy fwd and reverse engagement (alpha drive), lousy control of the throttle.
Are there cheap dual-stick controls available? I've seen new ones for $300 and up, he's looking for something in the $100 range. Used, new, whatever, he just needs something with a seperate throttle and shift.
thanks

Call a place called Kendor Marine just outside of Milwaukee. They are on Ryan road. They have alot of used stuff there. Try to dicker with them. I have seen the same throttles there for years. Sorry I don't have the number with me right now.

Ebay doesn't have much. I'm short on cash myself at the moment, I can't pony up the $$ to upgrade my membership just to post in the wanted forum. That was my first try.
I'll try Kendorr, see what they have. If anyone here knows someone with a used set for sale, have them shoot me an email!
