Its a new boat with only demo hours. Offshore-Performance was a Motion dealer, but there just was not a market for that boat in the MD area. They have had this boat for a while, and they would really love to sell it.

I have a 99 3100 American Offshore, nice boat, trailer, lots of options, It has brand new dyno time only 557" NA's in it but would sell with or without power if you'd like...
