OSO member C-Spray has a 28' boat of this design. Perhaps he will chime in, or PM him.

What would speeds be a 500 hp engine? What is the beam? Just wondering.

There was another OSO member with a 500EFI on the west coast. Tom A. is his name I thought.

The wings have a surface effect lift. one ran in A- class , years ago and dominated, then they outlawed the boat for that class. one use to run P-4 as well, and if he didnt have mechical problems did fairly well.
