Here it comes. Not sure if going from .10 to .08 will affect accidents, but it will probably generate more revenue.

No DD here, I don't even want drunks on my boat. If something happens and the boat goes down, they drown and I don't want that responsibility or law suits either. Its not like a car, if you crash your passengers can sit there until help arrives. If it happens in a boat they can't just sit there, they die.

Not sure if the BAC levels with change anything.. When you guys have places like Party Cove with hot drunk naked women and bars all over the water there's going to be some problems.. They'll start taking those places away and banning the partys on the water and everyone will be pissed....

Agreed...I dont like drunks on our boat either. They always come with cigarettes(the ones you inhale) and tend to leave ash all over the side. Finding beer cans on the carpet has a way of pissing me off too.

Why not just ban boats, that would save a bunch of lives. Give big brother a chance and he will make money or fukk it up for everyone.

I love the part about the drunks smoking on the boat. Who ever thinks it is a good idea to sit on top of a couple hundred gallons of high octane fuel and smoke shouldn't be boating. I love the ones that say they will sit back on the sunpad if they can smoke, sure is kind of funny that underneath that pad is where fuel vapors accumulate (hence the blowers).

You just can't teach stupid and that is why the BAL legislation isn't gonna do squat but make me afraid to have a beer with my Pizza on Saturday afternoon at Franky and Louies (spending quality time with my wife and son).
