I'll wait for someone to answer but if nobody answer, I'll start a new tread to see what could be a real gas consumption in gal / hour...

Do the actual gallons used match up to your totalizer? If so then you are accurate. If not, you need to adjust it.

I don't wanna know how much fuel I'm burning..... My wife is already my rev limiter, I don't need her watching the flow scan all day long...

I don't know cause I never could fill up completly to know... that's why I'm asking if you guys think my reading are in the possible range...

15 gal/hour per engine for example at 5000 rpm... does that make sense to you?

no. your reading 1/2 of actual burn. it's in the cal. check the instructions and the dip switches on the back.

I will try to remember what the deal is. when I first installed mine I had the same condition and it was the setup at the meter head...

I use the twinscan & am happy with them. If they say I used 150 gallons I'll full it up and the pump stops at 150 gallons within a gallon or two everytime.
