You know..I have heard that alot. Seems to me, that is the best way to get a customer for the future. Provide excellent service. See the guy 2 or 3 times a month. Wonder where he will look for his next boat. Not to mention profit right now for the Service Dept. Sad, Sad, Shallow thinking. JMO
