Boat transport...what does it cost?

Anyone have any idea what it would cost to get a boat hauled from Texas (Gulf Coast - East of Houston) to Virginia? How do you find people to do this? What are caveats regarding insurance, etc. Last thing I would want to do is buy the boat of my dreams and have it wrecked during the haul

Thanks in advance...

If you are looking for piece of mind as your baby is moved across the country, look no further than Jeff Murray AKA bgchubby01 on this OSO board. He will haul your dream to Virginia with constant updates as to his travels. Reasonable prices. 909 ******** is his cell.

Re: Boat transport...what does it cost?

make sure you tell your wife about the new boat though before you have jeff haul it because he takes some good pics and posts them for the rest of us frozen jerks up north and your wife seeing it here first tends to be a tough conversation.
