Default History of this 47 Apache???

Who built this boat? This is a work of art to say the least. Gotta be one of the best looking 47 Apache's of all time!

Mr. Mc Manus built it, it was Tweet Revenge back in the day. The owner has some awsome boats.

Correct - Larry won the Ocean City, Maryland race in the boat that year. Larry showed me the boat in OC that year. Larry pointed out that the unusual thing about the boat was that the cockpit floor was much higher than other '47's or '41's, so you weren't standing as deep in the boat as the others.

I always liked this one. That's got to be an awesome ride in 47 with triple blower motors in big water.

I've got a sick picture of that boat off the coast of MD when it was Tweet Revenge (thanks Jeff at FF) - seriously rough water that race - it has to be 15' in the air!

I remember seeing that pic a couple years back. I think it was taken somewhere around the virgin islands, or around st. Thomas.

I first saw Tweet Revenge at the worlds in 92. Fell in love with it. Still the sweetest looking Apache I have ever seen. Met Larry Goldman on the docks and he let me crawl around her. Dam beautiful machine.
