I have a Poly lift built in LOTO. A little more expensive but is built for rough water and have had no problems for 4 years I have owned it.

Poly Lift is the way to go. And this from someone who boats just a few mile from where Hydro-Hoist are built.

Yes. They use pipeline pipe or the tubes. They are much thicker and stronger than HH's fiberglass tubes.

I would go with a Polylift or a Galvalift.....both have poly tanks are both are top notch lifts. Titan is another custom manufacturer that uses a lot of Galvalift parts. They make a quality lift as well.

I have a 15,000 Galvalift for sale. here it is: http://www.dockrealty.com/search/Pro...?DLS_Num=40909

My 10# Galva lift. Couldn't give me a Hydro Hoist after owning my Galva and having friends with HH.
