Could be a hell of a deal for someone.
First, This is not a classified!
Not I nor anyone I know is in any way connected with this boat, I'm just passing along some info for the benefit of my OSO friends.
My neighbor is a realtor and he deals with home auctions and estate sales. He came acrossed one property of a guy who's getting divorced and and going bankrupt - everything is being emergency "fire-saled." His assets include two boats which will be going cheap, so I thought maybe some of you might be interested.
Here's the email I got from my neighbor:
If anyone's interested I can put you in touch with this guy.

Nick,
It is a 32 ft center console Donzi with 2 Mercury 250 OB. It is a clean boat, looks good. It will probably be late Feb before it goes in the auction. It is currently inside our fenced lot at 8010 US 19 N(across from the super WalMart in Pinellas Park) if any one wants to see it.
I'll get you a photo as soon as I can. We are also getting a 39 ft
Mehrs(?) with twin 600hp motors. I guess the guy raced it. Same owner, getting divorced and filing bankruptcy. Someone will be getting a bargain.

I think the second boat is a Mares, a big cat, but not a raceboat.

I'll post pics as soon as I get them. For those who may be in the area, I was told that we can feel free to stop by the above address and take a look.

More info:
The Donzi and Mears are both 2000 models. The auction is 3/24, they are
part of a larger sale so I can not tell you a time they will come up.
Once the agenda is set I can give you a time range when they will come
up. Seriously interested people should come early to see the process or
attend an auction prior to this sale, it can be intimidating. The Mears
is not here yet, I'll let you know when it is.
We'll have pictures soon, but people can come to the lot and see them
up close Mon-Fri 8am -5pm or just look thru the fence.(8010 US19 N
right across from the Super Walmart in Pinellas Park).
I am the real estate guy so I don't really have anything to do with it,
but I will help your friends with the process, but anyone in my office will be helpfull.
It is a bankruptcy so we are obligated to do the auction, no pre-sales.
The way it works is the high bid has a 10% Buyers Premium to get a
total price. They will need to calculate the max they can pay and
divide by 1.10 to figure their bid limit; there is a 10% deposit that
day and the balance is due the following Monday by 5pm. We take
personal checks and Visa and Mastercard.
Call me with any questions or email.
